Privacy

This notice describes what Art & Keepsakes collects when you browse artandkeepsakes.com, place an order, or email [email protected]. We use that information to take payment, print your order, and reply to you.

What we collect

• Contact and shipping details you enter at Stripe Checkout (name, email, shipping address, and phone if you provide one).
• Order details: the product, size, color when you chose one, and the amount paid.
• Custom Prints: the image you upload, its placement on the print area, and your confirmation that you have the rights to use it.
• Messages you send to [email protected], including photos you attach for a damage or misprint claim.

Payments

Checkout is processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card number or card security code on our servers. Stripe’s own privacy notice describes how they handle payment data.

Printing and shipping

Orders are printed to order by our production partner and shipped to the address you gave at checkout. We share the order details and, for Custom Prints, your uploaded image and placement so the item can be produced.

Custom design files

Uploaded designs are stored so we can print the order and help if something goes wrong with that order. The file is not a public gallery. Please upload only images you have the rights to use.

Cookies and analytics

This storefront does not run advertising pixels or a third-party analytics tag. The host may keep ordinary connection logs (such as IP address and the page requested) to operate and secure the site.

How long we keep information

We keep order records and related uploads for as long as we need them to fulfill the order, handle a damage or misprint claim, and meet tax and accounting duties. Support emails are kept so we can follow the thread.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share it with the payment processor, the production partner, and the carrier as needed to take payment and deliver the order, and with email when you write to us.

Your requests

Email [email protected] if you want a copy of the order information we hold, or if you want us to correct it. Include the email you used at checkout and your order number if you have one. Some records have to stay for accounting even after a request. If you live somewhere with privacy rights that cannot be waived, those rights still apply.
